I am pleased to report that I used Lua as scripting language in a piece of
work I just finished: both the final user and myself are very satisfied.

Easy to read (and write), powerful, flexible, robust... and fast: I didn't
imagine a Lisp-like interpreted language could process more than a thousand
files in a low-end server in a handful of seconds!
