You shouldn't be trepidulated - it looks pretty good to me!
As an example of the sort of thing that Lua can make easy,
it is very welcome.
My only comments at the moment concern the web page itself:
1) http://www.pdfing.com/luasheet/files/luasheetman.pdf not found
2) Some things which look like links, e.g. "The XlsReadWriteII"
at the bottom of the page, are not clickable. Some formatting
other than blue underlined text might be better.
