I'm currently looking for a solution to include the COM-support into a c++ project (that is running with LUA 4 bound). So i need an additional library - not a built application (like LuaScript). :)

I saw LuaScript (http://www.luascript.thersgb.net/luascript/), an extension to the windows scripting host, should be able to use COM components. I did not try it, though.

is there any way at the moment to use COM-Objects with lua 4?

 

And if not - does anyone of you have experiences with luacom or LuaPlus running with lua 5? :)
