[ANN] lua 5.0.1 RPMs updated

I've updated my Lua 5.0.1 RPMs (built on Fedora Core 1) with the following
changes:

0. I'm now using an up-to-date 5.0.1 tarball for the sources, rather than
a 5.0 one with patches applied. Sorry for not noticing this earlier.

1. Recent dofile bugfix applied

2. Replaced Postscript and text manual with PDF (there's still also HTML).

3. Split the RPM into lua and lua-devel. The former is <100Kb.

4. Improved the provides so that lua now provides liblua.so.5 and
liblualib.so.5. This moves towards allowing multiple versions to coexist,
and in particular helps (but does not actually achieve) compatibility with
TrsWM, a window manager that is packaged as an RPM, and uses Lua.

5. I've made the debugging and source RPMs available for download.
