It appears as though we have to nominate a person instead of a project. The
charter indicates that they're looking for individuals to nominate, not
groups (which seems a little ridiculous to me).

OSI is currently soliciting nominations for candidate projects and
people for their Open Source Awards. The next Merit Awards will be
issued in April 2004. Perhaps someone would like to nominate Lua... :-)
