[ANN] Lua API Reference

A quick Lua C API reference is now available to compliment the quick Lua
syntax reference. Both are available from the Lua-users site at the
address below. Thanks to Enrico Columbini for both documents; his
release notes are listed here: 


C API short reference - draft 1

This is (the first draft of) the second part of the Lua short reference,
listing the public C API calls. It will be eventually integrated in a
single document with the existing Lua section, after the worst mistakes
will have been weeded out.

As usual, any feedback will be greatly appreciated (send it to
erix@erix.it, or to the list). 

Special thanks to Roberto for patiently answering my innumerable
questions. All remaining errors are mine, and mine only :-)
