Lua License requirements

The Lua 5 license says to include the license agreement "somewhere in your
product or documentation"

I'm trying to find a good spot for the text, but it's too much text for our
credits screen, and I have little control over the actual game manual, so...

Would it be sufficient to supply the license as a text file on the CD (the
game ships on CD) ?
