Yes, in practise PocketPC 2002 and 2003 development (with addon SDK) can be done with 4.0.
As far as I'm concerned, that's okay with me. The currently sold range (iPaqs etc.) are these anways, and I don't have time to study an older compiler like eVC++ 3.0. In fact, I recall it didn't support templates, which I need, so.. :)
