Count me in as being in favour of the new layout. While I was doing
my recent patches I had to rummage around all parts of the sources
quite a bit. It was _definitely_ easier than before and the proper
dependencies have helped, too. Please, keep the new layout.

And once you get the hang of the naming system, it's easy to differentiate
between core source files, stdlib source files and standalone source files.
Maybe documenting the scheme or making it more explicit would help, too.
