anyway, leaving out curiosities like when y is a vowel:
V = "[aeiouyAEIOUY]"
K = "[bcdfghjklmnpqrstvwxzBCDFGHJKLMNPQRSTVWXZ]"

consonant_y_vowel = krv"y"
string.find(str, consonant_y_vowel)
