BTW, if anyone has a 'project file' to build tolua++ using vc++ on 
windows, I'd be happy to include it in the tolua++ package. I might not be 
able to test it (unless it can be done from command line with that 'free 
command line compiler' package from microsoft, I don't have the whole 
IDE), but I don't plan on changing the file structure of the package any 
time soon, so it should be easy to maintain.
