autofoo stuff for lua 5.0/5.1

I posted to the wiki the parts of ethereal's autofoo configuration
that guesses whether there is 5.0 or 5.1 in a given directory.

so users can ./configure --with-lua=lua_dir

defines @LUA_INCLUDES@ and @LUA_LIBS@

plus some macros in config.h
the most interesting one is HAVE_LUA_5_1
