Umm, I think that's the culprit. Or rather GCC 4.0 in combination
with the Mach linker.

Can you try to edit ljitlib.c, line 35/36 and replace them with:

static const int regkey_frontend  = 0x12345678;
static const int regkey_comthread = 0x87654321;

Then recompile and try again. Does it work now?
