Whoops. You're right; I'd misread the documentation and conflated IA64 pages
with 'huge pages', which is a Linux kernel feature to save TLB space; plus,
IA32 can be configured to use 4MB small pages instead of 4kB ones, which must
be where Windows super pages come from.
