That's a good question, actually. I couldn't find the license for the Lua 5.1
reference manual, and should have asked the authors before including it in
luarefvim. I could only find the license for the Lua 5.0 reference manual in
the ps/pdf version of it -- the same as Lua 5.0+ -- which made me assume that
the same license applies to the Lua 5.1 manual. Is this true? In any case, it
would be nice to have the license in all versions of the manual.
