I thought that 0x80-0x9F was seen as a mapping of 0x00-0x1F, ie. as 
control chars.
That's not what Microsoft thinks, of course...
Some French chars are in this no man's land (in Ansi / ISO8859-1 
encoding), so cœur might or might not be a valid identifier, depending 
on the chosen rule...
