Empty Lua C Module

hey, I was looking around for a simple example exporting a few C
functions and such to lua as a module.  Is something like this already
available somewhere?  I ended up writing my own, but figure that if it
isn't out there, I would like to know where a good place to put mine
would be.  (lua wiki, luaforge, etc)  I'm sure there are a few things
that should be corrected, but I've got the basics down.  It's also got
a makefile and config and everything.
