You mean adding table serialization to the core libraries? The
problem
is that there is no one-size-fits-all solution. A robust
serialization
is not good for visualization, cycle handling slows down the
algorithm,
etc.
I agree.
Plus it probably won't work in all cases (functions with closures,
userdata...) so you will get complains that it is broken...
