That link is valid, but unfortunately this is not a bug.Bryan, if you taka a peak in your eventlog, you'll probably see something about a missing manifest or something along those lines. This is NOT a bug in lua, and not a bug at all, it's just a misconfigured executable.
I put up some binaries you can test with (including the makefiles for vs2k5 that produced them)
