Hello everyone,
Not sure if you guys have been watching it, but there's a
new real-world "game" based on GPSs which was recently
announced:
http://wherigo.com
Wherigo is a toolset for creating and playing GPS-enabled
adventures in the real world. Use GPS technology to guide
you to physical locations and interact with virtual objects
and characters.
All "adventures" are actually Lua code.
What seems interesting as well is that Garmin's (one of the
best GPS manufacturers out there) just-released "Colorado" GPS
series are able to run these cartridges, which means that it
has the Lua interpreter built-in.
Exciting!
