...so in other words Fabio should make Alien follow GPL, not MIT. Right?

The GPL does _not_ require "acceptance" for mere use.  It is not a
contract.  To _redistribute_ code using the GPL, of course, one must
abide by the terms of the GPL (which are what grants one the right to
redistribute).
