[ANN] LuaRocks 0.4.3

Hi,

Announcing release 0.4.3 of LuaRocks, the system for deployment and
management of Lua modules.

This is a bugfix release, addressing all issues reported since 0.4.2.

* The MD5 check feature added in 0.4.2 can now use openssl instead of
md5sum (making LuaRocks friendlier to OSX).
* Added a license file in the tarball (making LuaRocks friendlier to Debian).
* Plus assorted bugfixes.
