Lions' commentary on the 6th Edition Unix kernel source code is probably a
good point of comparison. The source is formatted for printing to 9100
lines (including blank lines added to make files start at the top of a
page) so it's about half the size of Lua. The commentary is a similar
length to the code (perhaps slightly longer).
Tony.
