[ANNOUNCE] Prime Mover 0.1.4

I've just released a new version of Prime Mover, my Lua-based build tool.

Since I've already been talking a lot about it I'll shut up now, apart
from pointing out that it contains some interesting Lua-based
technologies people might find useful even if they don't want to use it,
such as interpreter-less Lua scripts and C file mangling.
