Maybe somebody with more wiki experience should update these pages?

For example the contents from the front page
http://lua-users.org/wiki/LuaScoping
(at least from the Function scope limitation part), should be moved to a
separate page somehow titled "Historical notes".

(and LuaScopingDiscussion should probably also go deeper under
"Historical notes")
