When I run lua.exe, it doesn't use the dll that's in the directory. I'm using the prebuilt package from LuaForge (http://luaforge.net/frs/download.php/3134/lua5_1_3_Win32_bin.zip). I discovered this when I ran lua.exe on a fresh install of Windows XP.
