Editing line 69 of Luasockets ftp.lua from "pasv" to "PASV"


This means the server has a bug. Nevertheless, I am changing
LuaSocket to always use uppercase commands. Next release
will have the "fix". Let's hope this doesn't cause some
other buggy server to break.
