I am sorry, but this really only proves that :

 a) You really did not succeed in your definition
or
 b) There is something "funny" in your setup

I would be willing to checkout what is going wrong, but unfortunately
I only have VC++ 2008 installed. Still I could look at the issue, if you can
send me you complete compilation directory.
