Deploying LuaJIT2 via LuaDist is now supported [1].
BTW, appending "/debug" to the LJLINK flags in msvcbuild.bat causes
nearly anything to crash (e.g. `luajit -e "return"`). The problem
appears to affect only MSVC (2008) debug mode linking, not
Cygwin/MinGW/Linux.
