As I get it, browsers just "don't know" that there should be empty
space at the bottom.

The text would be at the top of the page, if you'd add that empty
space explicitly (with <BR/> tags for example). No, I don't think that
it is a good idea to do so.

The text is, probably, good enough — for a general purpose page. I
would probably highlighted 'Please do not write it as "LUA"' in bold
for extra emphasis. Or even made all key points bold for easier
scanning.

I feel, however, that the issue with LUA capitalization worth a
separate micro-page. Perhaps it can be positioned as a kind of brand
usage guidelines.

When people do not read consciously, the concept needs to be hammered
into their minds to stay there.

Wrong Lua name capitalization is an issue so common, that it worth
special attention.
