[ANN] Lua Forums Moved & Updated

Just a heads up, the Lua Forums previously located at Icy North can now 
be accessed at forum.luahub.com. General maintanence and thread/spam 
cleanup is currently underway. This software should suffice for the 
indefinite amount of time it will take to get a Lua only solution up and 
running.

If there are any users of the forum here, I ask that you please test out 
the new forum to make sure that everything is working correctly.

For everyone else: there are many questions that get posted, just few 
answers. With a little bit of love & attention from the community, the 
forum might help draw more people into the Lua fold...


P.S. Yes, there is UTF-8 support.
