Here's a thought experiment. Say there was a translation tool that
would take a Lua + framework program and output reasonable Objective-C
code, which is then compiled by the Authorized Toolchain.  It would
not be possible to detect the difference, without an actual source
code review.  (Of course, to make this a useful idea there would have
to be an equivalent interpreter/emulator chain for development,
otherwise this is an exercise in technical masochism.)

So  what would 3.3.1 say to that, given that the results have no
distinguishing binary signature to indicate that this is not
'originally' an Objective-C program?
