In my experience, messages from this list arrive to my mailer within 
minutes after they are sent. I'm not noticing any problems.

I did have problems with my previous ISP, namely: about 1-2 percents of 
total number of messages were lost. (That was the reason for changing 
ISP after they refused to fix the issue.)
