But these are BGA chips for mobile phones. You also need some supporting chips and probably have to send the PCB to a shop to be made. Hard to beat mass-produced boards...
Realistically, we'd better work with finished boards. Very few people are going to go the "BGA in small quantities" route. :-)
Any long-term project using a Raspberry Pi should plan for swapping boards. In a way, it's just like changing mobile handsets.
