[ANN] linotify 0.1

Hi Lua users,

After three years, I'm formally announcing the release of linotify 0.1. 
Linotify is a binding to Linux' inotify facility for your favorite
programming language,
as long as that language is Lua. (And considering the name of the list,
I'd say that tends to be the case!)
