The decimal_point field in struct lconv is part of the ANSI standard,
so the Android NDK is not following the standard.
Anyway, you can bypass this problem defining the macro getlocaledecpoint.
Add something like this to luaconf.h:
#define getlocaledecpoint() ('.')
