Totally! High-ceremony languages like Java can only be introduced by pushing new features on the learner's stack before they can actually run something.
I must find an intelligent (but Lua-ignorant) person and persuade them to spend those 15 minutes, see what happens...
(Suspect it will only work with someone who already knows a few PLs)
