Here's a completely different thought. Since this is OpenWRT, I'm
assuming you want native integers for numbers which is the reason you
are looking at LNUM.
Instead, maybe you can try Lua 5.3 work 0. It already has rolled out
integer support and the Lua 5.2 standard bit library should be
available .
