Some people feel that #lua contains too much general, off-topic
discussion. I try to only bring up non-lua-related stuff when nothing
is happening in #lua -- regulars know regulars and we talk, but people
still get annoyed. I welcome this, now people can't complain about
conversation graffiti in #lua :p
