Hi. The problem arose a few months ago. The description you may read here

 it seems that this bug is rather specific, so nobody do not hurry to
 fix it. and it's a pity (

 To reproduce the error use the nginx 1.6.2 lua-5-2_3_3 and html page
 about 100kb with ssi directives block name, include file, include
 virtual (with answers from purge cache).
