 lua-ziparchive looks like it could do what I want.  It would be very helpful if the Windows DLL binary was available, could you attach it to an email to this list please ?  I am using Lua 5.1, I assume that shouldn't be a problem compatibility wise ?

It was built with Visual Studio 2013 for Lua 5.1.
