This is basically Roberto's struct package. Its possible inclusion
was mooted by Roberto at the 2012 Lua workshop, in an article
published on www.lua.org (click Community, Workshop, 2012, etc).
I can remember the article being cited quite often on this list.
Nobody ever complained.
The Bloat Police
(a) never read that article
(b) or if they did, agreed that the pros outweighed the cons.
