[ANN] Update to power patches for 5.3.2

I'm happy to announce (trivial) updates to the power patches I maintain:

Of interest to all Lua 5.3 users is that I found and fixed a bug in the multi-version-multi-arch patch, where it tried to build Lua with the now-defunct LUA_COMPAT_ALL flag, rather than LUA_COMPAT_5_2.

Other than that, the patches remain (unsurprisingly) identical to those for 5.3.1.
