Some Linux distribution install libraries and include files in unusual
places, e.g. Debian has these files:

/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/liblua5.2.so.0
/usr/include/lua5.2/lua.h

With the patch the user can export CFLAGS and CPPFLAGS to support
compilation of luausb on these systems, e.g.

export LUA_VERSION="5.2"
export CFLAGS="-I/usr/include/lua5.2/ -llua5.2"
