Re: minor bug in error message of table.remove

Doing nothing is somewhat PHP-ish "I'll keep chugging along at all 
costs", which is one of the reasons debugging PHP is, well, fun.

Making it an error follows the rule "explicit is better than implicit", 
so I'm for it.
