[ANNOUNCE] Lua 5.0 RPMs updated with Linux goodies!

Roberto suggested that I should activate all the Linux-specific goodies in
my RPM distribution for Linux, and after realising I could do this with
makefile variables (i.e. without changing the source dist) I made the
required small change to the specfile.

So now, my RPMs come with dynamic library support and fast rounding, plus
more esoteric goodies such as the ability for shared libs to link to the
lua binary directly, without needing the libraries.
