Announcement: WinCE / Pocket PC support for LuaX

 Preliminary WinCE/Pocket PC support has been added to LuaX, including 
full support for SDL graphics, SMPEG playback and all..

 The sources currently compile for ARM, MIPS and SH3 architectures. X86 
and emulator still need some work.

 Since the compiled files have _not_ been tried out in practise, yet, 
anyone with a suitable hardware (i.e. iPaq or other PocketPC device) is 
welcome to start testing.

 Note: The 19-08-04 release is not recommended for anything else than 
this WinCE testing. Use the older releases on other platforms.
