Yes, that's what I do, though it's not obvious without some
poking that that's the right thing to do.
The 'config' file's notes about setting LOADLIB to 0 or 1
won't seem to affect matters, since loadlib.c uses #ifdef
rather then #if to test this var (and others).
5.1w3 does not even mention LOADLIB, does it?
Sorry, I meant USE_DLL / USE_DLOPEN.
