A few thoughts on our idea list:
First, I picked 20 organizations at random from 2008 GSoC (including Tcl
for whom I was the organizer). All 20 of them used a wiki to
host/organize their information. The big advantage to a wiki over
something like Google Docs/Spreadsheets is the fact that anybody can edit.
Many of the pages looked pretty nice, but several were just as ugly (if
not more so) than the Lua page [no offense intended...].
Also, all of the pages I looked at were specifically aimed at GSoC.
Although I'm a firm believer in DRY, I don't think we'd be doing
ourselves a favor if we tried to put together a multi-purpose task list.
